Highway Patrol: Two teens arrested after chase, crash in Raleigh
According to the State Highway Patrol, a trooper attempted a traffic stop on a car on I-40 westbound traveling 90 mph.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Authorities are investigating a chase that ended in a crash Sunday night in Raleigh.
According to the State Highway Patrol, around 5:30 p.m. a trooper attempted a traffic stop on a car on I-40 westbound traveling 90 mph. The car then crashed on Six Forks Road at Martindale Drive.
One witness said they heard a “big bang” outside at the time of the crash.
A preliminary investigation revealed the car was stolen out of Wake Forest and authorities arrested a 15-year-old and a 17-year-old in relation to the crash.
Troopers said there were only minor injuries in the crash.
