Tropical Storm Irma formed just before lunchtime today. No, it's not the one that was off our coast yesterday.  It never became a tropical storm so the name wasn't used.  This Irma is coming off the coast of Africa.  It becomes a hurricane by Friday and could be a strong one as it crosses the Atlantic.   It will be one to watch.
