Widespread heavy fog drops road visibility during morning commute

Widespread fog has visibility down to less than a quarter of a mile, with potential to be less than a tenth of a mile in some places. WRAL's Nia Harden is out in the Storm Tracker to show how heavy fog is impacting road conditions.
