Wake commissioner Jessica Holmes calls out to 'nasty' women

At the 2020 Raleigh Women's March, Wake County Commissioner Jessica Holmes called herself and the crowd "nasty women." The phrase was used by President Trump during his campaign to refer to opponent Hillary Clinton and started a feminist movement by the same name.
