Vinfast shareholders approves $23 billion merger with Black Spade

Vinfast is the Vietnam-based electric vehicle manufacturer who just broke ground on a huge manufacturing plant in Chatham County. Vinfast expects to hire more than 7-thousand people and invest some 2 billion dollars in the first phase of construction. The stock of the combined company will begin trading within a few days.
