Video shows Forsyth inmate's apparent medical issue before death

Video that the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office released shows body-worn camera footage of detention officers responding to John Neville's cell where he has fallen from his bed from an apparent medical issue. One of the deputies tells him he's had a seizure.
