Raleigh City Council considers $500K eviction prevention program

The Raleigh City Council is meeting Tuesday afternoon to take on several issues related to housing and the cost of living. City councilmembers are set to consider $500,000 in funding to start an eviction prevention program called the "City of Raleigh Housing Justice Project" with Campbell Law School. The federal funding would also help with tenant lawsuit settlement assistance.
