Parents accused of abusing children, killing pets as punishment

Martha and Timothy Crouch of New Mexico were arrested Monday. The couple have 15 children, and one teen who still lives with the couple told officers she was routinely abused and allowed only one meal a day. Court documents state that Martha would punish the children by killing their pets.
