Vietnam veteran sailors want medical benefits for Agent Orange exposure

Veterans Affairs says a decision to revoke medical care for thousands of veterans possibly exposed to a more toxic version of the defoliant Agent Orange was based on a lack of scientific evidence. WRAL found that the government failed to test off-shore sailors during and after the war, leading to little evidence.
