Raleigh surgeon one of few in Triangle helping transgender patients

Raleigh plastic surgeon Dr. Keelee MacPhee is one of a handful of surgeons trained to help with a person's physical gender transition. MacPhee believes she is filling an important void for patients who are often turned away by other doctors.
