NCCU professor: Judge already decided Chauvin's sentence before hearing

Central University, says he believes the judge had already made up his mind about former police officer Derek's Chauvin's sentence in the death of George Floyd because he had prepared 22 pages of findings in the case and said he wouldn't be swayed by public opinion.
