NC law allows wedding venue to refuse gay couple

A Fuquay-Varina wedding venue is within its rights to refuse to host a gay wedding. A spokeswoman for the North Carolina attorney general explained that there are no laws that prevent private businesses from discriminating based on sexual orientation.
