Morrisville Police Chief says Minneapolis Police used tactic of 'murder' on George Floyd

Morrisville Police Chief Patrice Andrews spoke to WRAL about the death of George Floyd, an unarmed black man who died during an arrest in Minneapolis. His death has incited protests and some violent riots across the state. Patrice Andrews said the officer who pinned down Floyd would "not have worked for my agency."
