'Moment of Truth' cinematographer has long history with Michael Jordan and his family

Jay Jennings shot the first Carolina game that Michael Jordan ever played, and he interviewed his father James Jordan on multiple occasions. In this candid interview, Jennings regales WRAL enterprise executive producer Ashley Talley with tales of running into Michael Jordan partying with fans on Bourbon Street after winning the 1982 National Championship, saying hello to the superstar on a Pinehurst golf course and interviewing James Jordan in the same locker room with Jimmy Valvano. Jennings was responsible for unearthing hours of archival footage that become a character in the series, and he discusses the artistic vision that led him to ideas on how to showcase it.
