In pastors' letter, a warning about child sex charges at Raleigh church

Kenneth Newcomer, 61, is married to the church's recently retired director of children's ministry at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. He is charged with two counts of first-degree sex offense with a child and three counts of indecent liberties with a child.
