Durham chief: 'It was a good conversation' between parents, children in incident with police

WRAL's Lena Tillett spoke with Durham Police Chief C.J. Davis about a conversation she had with the parents of the children who had a confrontation with police where guns were drawn and one was handcuffed. Officials said the child handcuffed fit the description of a person known for selling drugs.
