DOT revisits once-flooded US-421 on Hurricane Florence anniversary

State officials met on U.S. 421 on Tuesday one year after Hurricane Florence to discuss lessons learned from extreme storms. U.S. 421, one of the main thoroughfares into Wilmington, was the state's largest washout of a major road after Florence.
