Couple gets video of Blue Cross CEO's driving before June crash

Cellphone video obtained by WRAL Investigates shows an SUV driven by Dr. Patrick Conway, the chief executive of Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, swerving across Interstate 85 before crashing into the back of a tractor-trailer in June in Randolph County. Conway was charged with driving while impaired, reckless driving and two counts of misdemeanor child abuse.
