Students upset by seeing garbage bags dumped into ocean off NC coast

In 1991, the USS Raleigh returned hundreds of Marines home from the Gulf War. But crew members were seen tossing dozens of garbage bags and cans of debris into the ocean. Former WRAL anchor Bill Leslie reports on his findings.
