RALEIGH, N.C.Poole's in downtown Raleigh is now open seven nights a week for dinner, according to a Tweet by owner and chef Ashley Christensen. They used to be closed on Mondays and only serve brunch on Sundays.
We also learned through Christensen's Twitter account that Joule Coffee is now taking applications and has recently hired a managing barista. To apply, just email a resume and cover letter to lara@ac-restaurants.com. Joule will be located at 223 S. Wilmington St. in the location formerly occupied by the Wilmoore Cafe. And for those of you missing Poole's Sunday brunches, don't despair - Joule will be serving some items off of their brunch menu!
Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar will be opening up its first Raleigh location on Monday inside of North Hills' Captrust Tower. As the name implies, Cowfish serves sushi, burgers and even spiked milkshakes. Out and About will be checking the place out on Friday so look for our review and follow us on Twitter for real-time updates during the meal!
The OC Bar and Grill in Cameron Village is hoping to open on Monday, according to their Facebook page. Check their page for the latest.
Glenwood South nightclub Cashmere reopened on Saturday as Duel/Dual Ultra Nightclub. The struggling bar got a makeover courtesy of Spike TV's "Bar Rescue." The episode featuring Cashmere will air in September.
The Chatham Hill Winery is moving after 14 years at the Gateway Center near RDU. As of May 1, their entire operation will be at 8245 Chapel Hill Road in Cary. To help celebrate, they are holding a Moving unWine-d party from 5:30-9 p.m. with music from 20 Years Gone and food from Captain Ponchos. There is a $5 cover charge.  The winery will be closed from April 22 to May 3. They are planning to reopen at the new location by May 4.
Triangle Business Journal is reporting that Lime Fresh Mexican Grill opened on Wednesday at 140 W. Franklin St. in Chapel Hill. It is inside a $55 million development project at the intersections of Franklin, Church and Rosemary streets. It will contain residential condos, retail space and an outdoor public plaza. Lime Fresh also has locations in Brier Creek in Raleigh and Park West Village in Morrisville.

In Hillsborough, Radius Pizzeria and Pub has opened, according to their Facebook page. The restaurant is located at 112 N. Churton St. They specialize in wood-fired pizzas but also serve paninis, entrees and salads. They are also hiring for a variety of positions.
Honduran restaurant La Cacerola Cafe and Restaurant opened last week in Durham, according to The Herald-Sun. They are located in a shopping strip at 2016 Guess Road. It is in the location formerly occupied by the Kabab and Curry House, which closed after its owner was fatally shot and found behind the restaurant in December.
