Sip and Shop: Distillery Edition (Raleigh Rum Company and Oak City Amaretto, 1100 Corporation Parkway, Raleigh) - Shop Local Raleigh teams up with local distilleries on Saturday for a fun afternoon of sipping and shopping! There will be local vendors, live music, cocktails and tasty bites from Barone Meatball Company.

Brewery Bhavana Tap Takeover (The Durham Hotel, 315 East Chapel Hill Street, Durham) - Brewery Bhavana will take over The Durham Hotel's taps on Friday with five of their slow-fermented, wood-aged beers.

Downtown Cary Food & Flea (100 W. Chatham Street, Cary) - There will be over 60 artisans and vendors, live music, dessert, coffee, food trucks, beer from Bond Brothers Beer Company and Cotton House Craft Brewers on Sunday afternoon.

Durham Bulls: Friday Night Fireworks (Durham Bulls Athletic Park, 409 Blackwell St., Durham) - End your week by checking out the biggest fireworks show in the region with Friday Night Fireworks following every Friday home game.

Kings' 20th Anniversary Party (Kings, 14 W Martin St., Raleigh) - Kings in downtown Raleigh is turning 20 and celebrating with great music all weekend long. Tickets are $10.

Friends Trivia Bar Crawl (Hibernian Pub of Raleigh, 311 Glenwood Avenue, Raleigh) - Meet at Hibernian at 4 p.m. on Saturday to show off your Friends knowledge at this themed trivia bar crawl.

Forever Bridal Wedding Show (Jim Graham Building, NC State Fairgrounds, 1025 Blue Ridge Rd, Raleigh) - On Saturday and Sunday, this event will will showcase the Triangle area's top wedding vendors and the latest styles.

Rebelution (Red Hat Amphitheater, 500 S. McDowell St., Raleigh) - Rebelution is a reggae rock music band formed in Isla Vista, California. They'll perform in downtown Raleigh on Friday.

Arrival From Sweden: The Music of ABBA (Durham Performing Arts Center, 123 Vivian St., Durham) - This tribute to ABBA from Arrival from Sweden hits DPAC on Friday night, bringing to life some of the greatest pop hits ever.

Heart: Love Alive Tour (Coastal Credit Union Music Park, 3801 Rock Quarry Rd., Raleigh) - Heart will be joined by Joan Jett and the Blackhearts and Elle King for this show at Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek in Raleigh on Saturday.

Get the Led Out (Durham Performing Arts Center, 123 Vivian St., Durham) - See this Led Zeppelin tribute at DPAC Saturday.

Chris Hardwick (Goodnight's Comedy Club/The Grille at Goodnight's, 861 W. Morgan St., Raleigh) - See Chris Hardwick, the host of "Talking Dead" who is known for his "silly and cerebral" comedy, at Goodnights Friday and Saturday nights.

Live Music: The River Otters (Durty Bull Brewing Company, 206 Broadway St Ste 104, Durham) - The psychedelic blues duo will have a free, live performance in the taproom on Saturday afternoon.

Mother's Finest (Lincoln Theatre, 126 E. Cabarrus St., Raleigh) - The American Funk Rock band will play at Lincoln Theatre on Saturday night.

The Producers with Arctic Blonde (The Pour House Music Hall, 224 S Blount St, Raleigh) - The legendary new wave and power pop band returns Friday night.

American Floyd: A Tribute to Pink Floyd (The Ritz, 2820 Industrial Drive, Raleigh) - A complete band and massive light show are part of this Friday night tribute to Pink Floyd.

Outdoor movies

The Dude Abides Movie Party with The Big Lebowski (North Carolina Museum of Art, 2110 Blue Ridge Rd., Raleigh) - This celebration for dudes returns Saturday with a costume contest, trivia and other activities from 6 to 8 p.m. At 9, The Bog Lebowski begins. Bring a picnic or purchase food from food trucks.
