The joke is that a few of us have put on the COVID-19 during these last many months. And, as a new year approaches, some of us may be looking for new ways to get into shape.

Well, Jessica McDonald, a forward for the N.C. Courage and U.S. Women's National Soccer Team, has a workout tip for moms, in particular.

"I have moms asking me about getting back into shape after giving birth," she wrote recently on Twitter." Well, one thing I’ve been doing for 8 years is using my kid as my weight for workouts. Easy access to do in home workouts. #SuperMom #70lbKid

In the quick video, you see McDonald's impressive abs and her young son, dressed in a Spider-Man costume, climbing on top of her before she does some push ups. Then she flexes for the camera.
