Moore County Sheriff's Office has arrested a Vass man for accusations he set a building and a vehicle on fire.

Deputies arrested Kennith Jermar Terry on Thursday. Terry, 35, is charged with a count of felony burning of buildings, felony breaking or entering, felony setting fire to woodlands and burning personal property.

Investigators with the sheriff’s office and the Moore County Fire Marshalls Office determined the fire was deliberately set after responding to a report of the incident on Saturday.
