Tired of working from home? These are the best places to work remote in Fayetteville
Are you tired of working from home?
Working remote can sometimes feel like house arrest. Spending all day, every day at home can get old -- fast.
So, why not switch it up and find a new "office?"
When the cabin fever starts to set in, here are the best places in Fayetteville to work remote.
1. Coffee shop
Fayetteville has a lot of great coffee shops. If you're a caffeine fiend like me, then working at a coffee shop is the perfect "office" for you.
Downtown Fayetteville has a ton of adorable coffee shops worth checking out. Here are a few of my favorites.
Rude Awakening
If you want to enjoy the fall weather, you can work in the outdoor courtyard at Rude Awakening in downtown Fayetteville.
Personal Best Coffee
Personal Best Coffee just opened up next to The Sweet Palette bakery.
Pair your coffee with a sweet treat from the bakery next door, and you're guaranteed to have a great workday.
Winterbloom Tea
If you're not a coffee person, Winterbloom Tea in downtown Fayetteville has a variety of delicious and unique teas.
If you're a pumpkin spice latte fanatic, there are a few different coffee shops in town where you can get a PSL and other fall-inspired drinks.
2. Library
Public libraries are a great place to work remote. Not only are they quiet, but you can also reserve a room if you prefer to work in a private space.
The following Fayetteville libraries are open to the public:
- Cumberland County Public Library
- 300 Maiden Lane
- Cliffdale Regional Library
- 6882 Cliffdale Road
- Bordeaux Branch Library
- 3711 Village Drive
- North Regional Branch Library
- 855 McArthur Road
- West Regional Branch Library
- 7469 Century Circle
- East Regional Branch Library
- 4809 Clinton Road
To reserve a private room, go to cumberland.librarycalendar.com.
3. Park
Fall is finally here, which means it's finally cool enough to get outside. Why not enjoy some fresh air and sunshine while working?
Plus, this is a great option if you want to bring your dog to work with you.
However, this one may be a little more challenging. You'll likely need a hotspot if you require an internet connection to work. You'll also want to make sure your laptop is fully charged because there may not be an outlet at the park.
You can find a full list of Fayetteville parks at fcpr.us.
