Student hospitalized Tuesday after fight at Wendell school
According to the Wake County Sheriff's Office, the fight involved two students and happened around 1:25 p.m. at Wendell Magnet Middle School.
A fight on Tuesday at a school in Wendell sent a student to the hospital.
According to the Wake County Sheriff’s Office, the fight involved two students and happened around 1:25 p.m. at Wendell Magnet Middle School.
The school’s resource officer and school staff broke up the fight. EMS transported the student to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The sheriff’s office said the investigation is ongoing, and an SRO investigator will pursue appropriate juvenile petitions for those involved in the fight.
