Sheetz hiring over 2,800 on March 31 at all stores

Sheetz is having a national hiring day event on Wednesday, March 31 at all locations. There are over 2,800 full-time and part-time positions available including nearly 500 in North Carolina.

The event takes place on March 31, 2021 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at all of Sheetz’s 619 store locations.

According to the company statement, "During hiring day, prospective employees can apply for employment in person. Masks and social distancing will be required and prospective employees will be checked in at the front register and asked to wait in their car until it is time for their interview. "

Their website also indicates that those interested can apply first at jobs.sheetz.com or text SHEETZ to 97211 before the hiring event.

In February 2021, Sheetz invested $28.5 million to increase store employee wages and announced a new parental leave policy that includes 12 weeks of fully paid time off for new mothers and two weeks of fully paid time off for partners.
