Faye's Meal Plan for the week:

* Meatless Monday with veggie burgers, sweet potato fries, sauteed zucchini & onions

* Shrimp & broccoli on angel hair pasta with alfredo sauce and parmesan

* Tacos (made with Morningstar veggie chicken and the usual toppings), corn

* Veggie & cheese omelets, wheat toast, fruit

* Salmon burgers, brown rice, sauteed veggies
