Faye's Meal Plan for the week:

* Egg salad sandwiches on wheat, roasted carrots

* Shrimp tikka masala, sauteed yellow squash, zucchini and onions, garlic naan

* Spinach & Feta Pierogies with tzatziki sauce on the side, Greek salad

* Baked tilapia, Sweet potato, steamed broccoli
