Reminder: Special performance of The Nutcracker by Carolina Ballet on WRAL Friday
Encore performances are planned through the weekend.
My family missed the Carolina Ballet's Nutcracker this year, so we'll be tuning in to watch the company perform a special performance of the Christmas classic at 7 p.m., Dec. 25, on WRAL-TV.
No, it won't be the same as watching these amazing performers dance live. But, this year, nothing is the same, and I'm thrilled to have just a little taste of the times before COVID.
If you aren't able to catch it on Dec. 25 or record it, there will be encore performances. They are at 5 p.m., Dec. 26, on WILM; 7 p.m., Dec. 26, on Fox 50; and 11 a.m., Dec. 27, on WRAL. The performances will only be on TV.
