Want to be the be the supermom who always has a yummy snack ready after school, on the way to practice or when you’re stuck in rush hour traffic on the way home from #allthethings? Prepare these No Bake Oatmeal bites from FIT4MOM’s Body Back recipe guide ahead of time and always have something tasty to snack on. (Use your choice of nut butter or substitute sunbutter if your bites need to be nut-free.)

No Bake Oatmeal Bites

Serves: 12
Serving size: 2

½ cup (dry) oatmeal
1 cup toasted coconut flakes
½ cup carob or mini chocolate chips
½ cup nut butter
½ cup ground flaxseed
⅓ cup honey
1 tsp vanilla

Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Let chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Roll into 1” balls. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Makes 24 “bites." These can be frozen.
