Raleigh man arrested for allegedly stabbing Lyft driver

On Sunday just before 2 a.m. Raleigh police responded to a stabbing on Sarver Court.

A Lyft driver was picking up someone when people began getting into an altercation. The driver tried to intervene and ended up getting cut in the face.

Toussaint Loverture Parks, 50, was arrested for allegedly stabbing the Lyft driver who tried to intervene.

The suspect was arrested at his residence sometime around 4 a.m. and is currently being held for questioning.
