Publix to open second location in Fayetteville

Fayetteville is getting its second Publix.
The new Publix will be located at the Ferguson Town Center at the southeast corner of Rockfish Road and Lakewood Drive.
The 48,387-square-feet store will employ approximately 140 associates.
"We are excited to continue our growth across North Carolina with a second location in Fayetteville, and we’re looking forward to welcoming our new customers soon," the store said.
