Pizza Hut rewards program offers a free pizza to 2020 grads

UPDATE 9 a.m. on May 26: It worked! Did you get your free pizza? My daughter is graduating next week with her associate's degree so we tried to get the pizza early this morning and logged in at 1 a.m., but did not see anything added to the account. When I turned on the computer this morning, I logged in again and the free medium pizza offer was in our account!

I'm not sure if we got it by logging in at 1 am this morning or at 9 a.m. this morning, but she did get the freebie. Thanks Pizza Hut!

UPDATE: As of 1:15 a.m. on May 26, it appears that the giveaway has not started. We logged in, but there is no free pizza reward showing in our account.

No word from Pizza Hut if it will be starting today as their app indicates it will and as their website indicated on May 26.

Pizza Hut is giving away 1/2 million free medium 1-topping pizzas to 2020 graduates!

They started the giveaway last week and paused it over the weekend.

UPDATE on Monday, May 25: According to the Pizza Hut website, "Due to high demand, the Pizza Hut® Graduation Free Pizza Offer program has been paused but will restart at 12:00 AM Central on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 to ensure as many 2020 graduates receive this offer as possible. We look forward to seeing you again soon, and congratulations!"

To take part in the second giveaway, go to the Pizza Hut website HERE starting at 1 a.m. TET to claim the offer. You have to sign in to your rewards account (or sign up for one) and then you should see it in your Rewards.

My guess is that the free pizzas will be claimed pretty fast.

According to the Pizza Hut Facebook page, they are partnering with America's dairy farmers to honor 2020 graduates by offering the free pizzas.

This freebie is available through 5/28/20, or until they have reached the limit of the giveaway.
