Northampton County Sheriff's Office announces death of deputy

The Northampton County Sheriff's Office posted on Facebook early Monday morning that one of their deputies died.

"With heavy hearts and great sadness, Sheriff Jack Smith and Northampton Co Sheriff’s Office announce the sudden passing of a member of our Law Enforcement Family, Deputy Tony Glenn Ebron," the Facebook post read.

"He will truly be missed," the Facebook post read. "Please keep his family and the Northampton County Sheriff's Office in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time."
