Police in Missouri on Monday said a North Carolina man is wanted for sex trafficking.
According to police and court documents, 19-year-old Julian Velez of Cameron uploaded a sexually explicit video of a girl under the age of 14 on TikTok.
When the girl asked him to take it down twice, police say Velez said he would keep the video up unless the girl sent him more explicit photos.
Police said the victim complied, sending Velez two more photos.
The Columbia Police Department in Missouri charged Velez with sexual trafficking of a child and enticement of a child. Missouri State Court ordered Velez’s extradition
Harnett County deputies arrested Velez on October 12. Velez’s first court appearance is on November 7 at 9 a.m.
