NAACP hosting virtual Zoom discussion with local police departments

The Raleigh-Apex chapter of the NAACP will host a live Q&A session and discussion with law enforcement on Tuesday.

The live discussion will be held Tuesday at 6 p.m. via a Zoom meeting. People who wish to send their questions in advance can email them to raleighapexnaacp@gmail.com.

The event, called "Building A Bridge: Community & Law Enforcement,” is expected to continue until 7:30 p.m. It will feature representatives from the Apex, Cary, Holly Springs, Garner, Knightdale, Morrisville, Raleigh and State Capitol Police Departments along with the N.C. Highway Patrol.

Wake County Commissioner Jessica Holmes Jessica Holmes will serve as moderator.
