Marbles plans sensory friendly playtime session in August

Just a reminder that Marbles Kids Museum's next sensory friendly playtime session is set for Aug. 10.
The programs are designed exclusively for kids with disabilities and their families to experience the downtown Raleigh museum in a calmer, quieter environment.
The Aug. 10 session is scheduled for 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. As part of the afternoon, the museum's IMAX theater will include a Lights Up, Sound Down screening of Pandas 2D. During these screenings, the theater doesn't get so dark and the audio isn't so loud.
