Madison Co. mudslide means long detour for drivers

A five minute commute, could now take up to an hour near Asheville.

A mudslide in the mountains of Madison County wiped out a busy road.

Officials say it could take months to repair.

"It's gonna take a long time, because a lot of our people come across all these mountains to get to their jobs," said Mary Linsenbee.

No one was hurt in the mudslide.
