Northampton County officials said the last suspect in a January homicide was arrested Monday in Lee County.

Sheriff Jack Smith said Willis Maurice Robinson, 29, of Roanoke Rapids, was charged with one count of first degree murder, one count of felony inciting a riot, one count of possession of a firearm by a felon and one count of attempted first degree murder. The warrants and charges stem from the shooting deaths that happened at the EE Odom Center in Gaston on Jan. 25.

Robinson was held without bond and will have his first court appearance on Sept. 12.
