To find an Enrolled Agent in your area, go to naea.org and click on "Find a Tax Expert".

The IRS has an FAQ page that covers a wide range of subjects. Just click on "Get Answers to Your Tax Questions".

You can set up an account with the IRS to get access to individual information at the IRS and other departments like the Social Security Administration and Department of Veteran Affairs. You can create that account here.
