More than a hundred protesters, including some family members of George Floyd, gathered in Harnett County for a unity march and prayer vigil Sunday night.

Floyd’s family met with protestors for peaceful assembly in the town of Coats.

Protestors of all ages and background marched through the streets.

Floyd’s cousin, Rev. Brian Davis, hoped incidents of police brutality that continue to shock the world don’t happen in Harnett County. “We’re coming together from all races, all places, all locations to make one voice," David said. "We can’t have it to continue. We won’t have it.”

Floyd’s family joined forces with the Harnett County NAACP for today’s protest.
