Generac Portable Generators recalled after 3 people burned

Three people have been severely burned because of a problem with certain Generac portable generators that are being recalled.

The problem involves the fuel tank failing to vent properly. That can cause pressure to build up and spray fuel on a user when the gas cap is opened.

There have been 27 reports of this happening including three burn injuries.
