Matthew Isaiah Rivera, 29, is charged with murder, according to an arrest report on the Fayetteville Police Department’s website.

A police spokesman said Rivera is being charged in the death of Mark Allen Verhasselt, 42, of the 5200 block of Rockingham Road. Verhasselt was found dead in the parking lot of an apartment complex in Myrtle Beach on Tuesday.
