FAA: Helicopter crash reported at Charleston airport
A spokesperson for the FAA said it and the NTSB will be investigating the crash.
A helicopter crashed Tuesday at the Charleston International Airport.
According to a spokesperson with the FAA, the helicopter crashed around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.
The spokesperson said the pilot was the only person on board.
The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) will assist the FAA with it’s investigation.
