HighSchoolOT is keeping track of which North Carolina High School football players have offered to attend and play at an in-state college.

It is very important for college football programs in North Carolina to get a handle on the talented high school football prospects from within the state. North Carolina has one of the best football talent bases in the country.

Here is our compilation of the scholarship offers sent out to class of 2027 high school players by the Division I programs in North Carolina.

The in-state Division I programs are Appalachian State University, the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Duke University, East Carolina University, NC State University, the University of North Carolina, and Wake Forest University (FBS) and Campbell University, Davidson College, Elon University, Gardner-Webb University, NC A&T University, NC Central University, and Western Carolina University.
