Duke's Sauce Shack will be available via Doordash and Uber Eats starting May 10. The food will be prepared in four ghost kitchens in Raleigh. Ghost kitchens are cooking spaces that operate as to-go or delivery-only. The restaurants will operate through July.

The menu, which was developed by Duke's Mayo Chef Mark Cates, will include crispy chicken sandwiches, tenders and nuggets. The star will be the 14 sauces which include everything from Duke's classic and flavored mayonnaise to mustards, southern sauces and more.
