Creedmoor police are looking for three people suspected of stealing two catalytic converters.

A catalytic converter is an exhaust emission control device that converts toxic gases and pollutants in exhaust gas from an internal combustion engine into less-toxic pollutants.

Surveillance footage showed two men removing one of the converters from Wood Shapes, a commercial architectural millwork company at 518 North Durham Ave. The footage showed the men removing the converter from a work truck using a cordless saw.

Surveillance video also showed a third person driving a Chevrolet Malibu with a light brown or beige color with chrome wheels. The footage shows the three people driving away from the area.
