The Carolina Farm Stewardship Association has a list of farms , many of which have added on-farm pickups, home delivery and online pre-ordering amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The CFSA reminds customers to not show up at farms without permission, stay home if you are feeling ill and make sure to follow the specific instructions provided by each farm.

The N.C. Department of Agriculture also has a list of local purveyors and farmers.

In Carrboro, people can shop for heat and serve meals and ready to cook meat at a three times a week pop-up market. Carrboro United kicks off on Saturday. The group is getting food from trusted local, restaurants, farmers and purveyors each week.
