Comedian Dave Chappelle has added two North Carolina dates to his upcoming tour, promoter Live Nation announced Tuesday.

"Dave Chappelle Live: It’s A Celebration" will stop at PNC Arena in Raleigh on Oct. 25, and the Spectrum Center in Charlotte on Oct. 26.

Local ticket pre-sales begin on Wednesday, Aug. 30, and tickets go on sale to the general public on Thursday, Aug. 31 at 10 a.m. via Ticketmaster.com.

Chappelle kicked off the tour last week with four shows at Madison Square Garden.

As with most major comedy shows, there is a no cellphone, camera or recording device policy. Upon arrival, all phones and smart watches will be secured in Yondr pouches that will be unlocked at the end of the show. Guests maintain possession of their phones throughout the night and, if needed, may access their phones at designated Yondr unlocking stations in the lobby.

Chapelle has previously performed at Durham Performing Arts Center and Carolina Theatre of Durham.
