A Clayton Walmart employee is accused of using his cellphone to video record women who were changing in the store's dressing room.

According to the Clayton Police Department, Dillon Soles was charged with felony secret peeping for an incident that occurred at the Walmart at 805 Town Centre Blvd. on Sept. 30.

According to police, Soles was an employee at Walmart at the time. He allegedly went inside adjacent dressing rooms to record women changing clothes, police said.

On Sept 30, a customer said he saw Soles recording his wife, who was trying on clothing. According to police, the man confronted Soles, and he ran out of the back of the store.

Police said Walmart fired Soles as a result of the incident.

Soles may have been involved in similar past incidents, police said.

Soles was arrested at his home and given a $5,000 secured bond. The case remains under investigation.
